Tagir Valeev 3930aa3a6f ControlFlowUtil#internalDepthFirstSearch: rewrite subroutine tracking 
Now every graph edge is accompanied with subroutine stack.
Also shared mutable state is removed from instructions (now it's local to DFS procedure).
Fixes IDEA-201093 Unreachable bug in three try catch while two have finally

Dmitry Jemerov 99ec11e10d Don't register MF as extension for PlainTextFileType 
Manifest support is part of the Java plugin, and non-Java IDEs don't need it
Also move dm server's registration of manifest extension to plugin.xml

Konstantin Kolosovsky ebba4bd9ea vcs: Refactor "ChangesTree.setIncludedChanges()" - call inclusion listener 
I've checked usages, inclusion listeners:
* do not call "setIncludedChanges()" inside
* do not have complex/performance-critical logic that can be affected by additional listener call
So the change should be safe.

Kirill Likhodedov b33167ce27 git: support any action in git interactive rebase, not just predefined ones: IDEA-216247 
1. To fix IDEA-216247 we could add newly introduced 'label', 'reset' and 'merge' actions, but probably we don't really want them available through the UI, so additional code would be required to filter them from the UI.

2. It is useful to understand any action if Git will add more in future: throwing an error and replacing an unknown action with PICK is not an option and just breaks the program.

Kirill Likhodedov 59dc540043 git: fix the focus in Show Diff with Branch dialog: IDEA-216227 
Disabling all components recursively led to the fact that the focus owner has been cleared (see Component#disable()). To fix this disable/enable only the swap button.
