vcs: Refactor "MultipleLocalChangeListsBrowser" - remove deprecated "TreeUtil.invalidateCacheAndRepaint()" usage

Currently trees correctly handle nodes with changing sizes - see "LafManagerImpl.patchTreeUI()"
