Julia Beliaeva 15fd756008 [vcs-log] fix navigating to the commit when more commits were requested 
When a request for more commits is already sent for the current visible pack, try jumping after visible pack changes.

This behavior is especially important for the file history, where requests for more commits are sent automatically.

Sergei Tachenov 4cecb4b256 IJPL-935 Honor visibleRowCount when computing preferred size in DefaultTreeUI 
It's needed when a tree is located in a small viewport,
and we need to increase the viewport size, but first we need
to compute the preferred size of the tree. Similarly how
a fallback is already implemented for the case when the
paint bounds are completely empty, we now use more rows
than actually visible in the viewport if the tree specifies
its own visible row count.

Aleksey Pivovarov dae16b1ef2 IDEA-349443 ui: fix VCS Log graph rendering with 'Set Background Image' feature enabled 
IdeBackgroundUtil is not compatible with the blit scrolling.
Normally, blit is already disabled by usage of transparent scrollbars.
But 'com.intellij.ui.components.ScrollSettings.isNotSupportedYet' disables
transparent scrollbars for tables, so it needs to be disabled explicitly.

IdeBackgroundUtil uses a custom Graphics2DDelegate to draw the background image.
LinePainter2D ignores custom Stroke, and that breaks line rendering.

Vladimir Parfinenko 4cc512584b [debugger] engine to choose breakpoint variant by priority, IDEA-349250 
Toggling breakpoint via gutter now chooses a breakpoint variant by its priority,
which can be customized by overriding `getPriority()` method.

Also now all existing breakpoints are removed on click at empty gutter area.

Differentiate toggling by gutter click (automagical selection of the best breakpoint variant) and by shortcut (selection of the nearest breakpoint by caret position).

Toggling from gutter doesn't move the caret and tries to choose the best breakpoint variant (not yet chooses, but work in progress).
Toggling by shortcut can move the caret and chooses the nearest breakpoint variant.
