IDEA-349443 ui: fix VCS Log graph rendering with 'Set Background Image' feature enabled

IdeBackgroundUtil uses a custom Graphics2DDelegate to draw the background image.
LinePainter2D ignores custom Stroke, and that breaks line rendering.
