Aleksey Pivovarov 402264aa58 editor: fix "Toggle Bookmark" clickable area in gutter 
'LineBookmarkProvider' is enabled for LINE_MARKERS_AREA only.
Prior to the fix, the areas ICONS_AREA, GAP_AFTER_ICONS_AREA, RIGHT_FREE_PAINTERS_AREA
followed one after another in all 3 modes, but the GAP_AFTER_ICONS_AREA was not active for toggling bookmarks.

Gregory.Shrago 9c6bf61d7f remove exact matches without template text by index check 
In RemDev, on frontend, we do `(merge (customize (merge (front back))) customized-on-backend (back))` children. Due to the merge, `ActionUrl.absolutePosition` can be incorrect. But we can customize backend actions on frontend. That would not be possible if we did `(merge (customize (front)) customized-on-backend (back))`.

- ConvertSystemOutToLogCallFix doesn't highlight ThrowablePrintedToSystemOutInspection's problems

Konstantin Hudyakov 23bf09e3a0 [terminal] IDEA-348915 Fix NPE when the new terminal survey dialog opened for test 
There can be no info about most used shell only if the dialog is opened by the testing action. In the real scenario, the dialog just won't be shown if there are no executed commands because of the check in `BlockTerminalSurveyConfig.checkExtraConditionSatisfied`.
EA-1151653 fixed.
