Sergey Simonchik 091f6ececd terminal: introduce "Prompt separator color" in "Color Scheme | Console Colors" (IDEA-349490, IJ-CR-127955) 
This provides better appearance when Theme and Editor color scheme are not synced. For example, when Theme is Dark and Editor color scheme is Light or vice versa.

Use com.intellij.testFramework.StartupActivityTestUtil.waitForProjectActivitiesToComplete as a temporary workaround if waiting is really necessary (see method javadoc)

Alexander Koshevoy e4809f1b91 Fix several integration tests on WSL that uses copyToWsl() utility method 
The following tests were affected:
 - WslIntegrationPerformanceTest
 - WslIndexingPerformanceTest
 - WslIndexingPhpStormPerformanceTest

Yet another WSL processes execution without `ProgressIndicator`.

Assertions now has one more abstract method. I tried to stop reusing
Assertions from kotlin repo, but aparently JUnit4Assertions is used for
testing JPS in different environments (see MockLibraryUtilExt) and I
