Julia Beliaeva 25e8ac86d8 [vcs-log] index commits one by one 
During indexing when only a part of the repository is being processed, commits were loaded in batches by 1000, then each batch was analysed and stored in the index. After that commits themselves were (and still are) thrown away. Since it turned out commits can be quite big, it is unwise to collect them. So now commits are processed immediately as they are loaded.

Kirill Likhodedov b370b6f6a1 git: use actual local changes for diff after cherry-pick 
Working with Changes taken from the cherry-picked commit leads to
incorrect diff: it is shown for the "old" changes, which means that:
- content at the right is read-only
- if there were local changes in the file, the old diff is still shown
  instead of the combined change.

Therefore after cherry-picking we should update the CLM and find local
changes which correspond to the changes from the original commit.

The method for this already exists in GitUncommitAction
=> move it and reuse.

For nightly builds (163.xxx) 'since-build' will be equal to the build number, for EAP/release builds (163.xxx.yyy) the last component of the build number will be stripped.
