Daniil Ovchinnikov a0598eb5bd IDEA-327037 don't treat unstarted progress as stopping 
This change reverts 30f4092027995771d7a0a4b97552d29f1b5808bd, and adds another fix for coroutine-based progresses.

Calling `indicator.start` before adding in the UI resulted in `InlineProgressIndicator.wasStarted` remaining `false`,
which is turn didn't display "Stopping - " prefix for cancelled coroutine progresses. `indicator.start` should be invoked _after_ the progress is shown in the UI, because when it's added to the UI
`InfoAndProgressPanel` registers a bunch of state delegates, one of which tracks `indicator.start`.

With this fix in place, 30f4092027995771d7a0a4b97552d29f1b5808bd is not needed anymore as it caused IDEA-327037,
and probably causes a bunch of other problems we are unaware of yet, so it's safer to keep the old behaviour.

Ilya.Kazakevich 518778f15c Remove possible race condition in ProcessOutput. 
When one thread creates `ProcessOutput` using precalculated data, "append" functions might not see it because accesses from another thread. Since `final` field initialization makes happens-before, we create builders with data already prepared.

Andrei.Kuznetsov 7d7058217b IDEA-327044: remove nested StartupManager.runAfterOpened from SmartModeSchedulerStartupActivity 
intention was to schedule execution after all the post-startup activities are finished. This is not reliable (because other post-startup activities can also schedule tasks), and most likely not needed (why one would want to wait for all the post-startup activities in the first place?).

Sergey Simonchik e03c0eb041 terminal: extract zsh integration from .zshenv (IJ-MR-112185) 
Now `.zshenv` is just a way to inject actual Zsh integration (`source zsh-integration.zsh`).
If we find a better way to inject it, there would be no need to touch `.zshenv`.
