Tobias Kahlert a2da3d416c IDEA-379840 Make ExternalSystemNode comparable over ? instead of T 
This gets rid of the raw type in the compareTo method.
Additionally, it's more correct anyway as the whole implementation
indicates that ExternalSystemNode is comparable regardless of the
held data.

Sergei Tachenov f494c6759d [unit tests] IJPL-209375 Remove not Linux assumption from IconScaleTest 
This assumption was mistakenly ported from pre-Java 9 code.
It was
assumeTrue(SystemInfoRt.IS_AT_LEAST_JAVA9 || !SystemInfoRt.isLinux)
So the assumption was always true for Java >= 9.
Therefore, it should be always true now.

Sergei Tachenov 532265cda5 [unit tests] IJPL-209375 Convert IconScaleTest to BasePlatformTestCase 
This is needed because DeferredIconImpl
requires an Application to access dispatching
services.

Why it worked fine before is not clear,
but the most likely reason is that it used
"leftovers" from previous tests.
Now something has changed in test ordering.

This is also needed because scaling uses a couple
Registry keys.

Because it's JUnit 4 now, we call manageState
manually before/after every test. Thanks to this,
we can get rid of manual cleanup code in tearDown.
That code was added only so that the tests don't
interfere with each other within this class.
