The 'intellij.platform.compose.markdown' module is an umbrella module defined to simplify the setup of Compose Markdown
in plugins so it should have public visibility. This makes it consistent with 'intellij.platform.compose' umbrella module.

JetBrainsClientDownloaderTest.testCleanDownloadStaging checks the correctness of downloaded data from staging.
Checking local (embedded) installation is incorrect in this test. Moreover, the test fails because of that.

This commit makes mediator logging utils an internal object. That allows out-of-package mediators (such as TCP mediator) to use these utils to simplify logging process, including:
* creating a right supervisor scope
* async stderr reading with correct parsing

Files in different source sets by convention should have different names.
Mostly this is due to JVM limitations: file facade classes with the same
name can lead to clashes.
Move changes:
— File destination field is treated as file name in the common source set for expect/actual move
— Iff expect/actual move setting is enabled, platform file suffixes are added in different source sets
UI changes:
— Show expect/actual setting only for declaration movement with expects/actuals
— Add an explanation for the file destination in case of expect/actual move
— Add a warning for platform file suffix used for common file name
— Disable dialog button when trying to move multiple declarations to the same file

Settings allow sharing UI state between dependent move model parts.
This is necessary for conditional rendering of widgets.
For example, simultaneous move of expects with actuals needs a slightly customized UI.

After changing dialogs for creating remote SDKs we ended up in a
situation when we've already persisted our SDK (see commonKt#setupSdk).
That leads to a situation when we're not calling our sdkCreated callback
in exitHandler of TargetEnvironmentWizard (see AddInterpreterActions).
There is a check for existing SDK (and it was already persisted), and
only if SDK doesn't exist we execute the callback. And if we don't
invoke that callback, we're also not getting to the jdkAdded call in
PythonSdkTableListener, which in the end leads to a missing SDK entry in
IDEA after creation (it only appears after reopening Project Structure).
The fix is to move the sdkCreated callback out of the condition, however
we don't really need the calls to addSdk and apply since we do addSdk
inside the callback anyway and it's not necessary to call apply since it
only affects the changelog of sdks for Apply button in Project
Structure.

Before this change we used to hide the dropdown icon for all popup action groups in CodeFloatingToolbar. However mockups for this feature require this dropdown to be present for the AI actions popup. This commit adds a ShowsDropdownIconInFloatingToolbar marker interface implementing which makes CodeFloatingToolbar show such icons.
