These two new magic names are also known to the
Kotlin compiler as nullness annotations representing
recently migrated nulls, which will be treated as
warnings rather than errors when violated.

Dmitry Jemerov d8a462b31f Rider-friendly implementation of Retype File action 
Deal with typed handlers executed asynchronously. Synchronize position on line-by-line basis to deal with trailing
spaces differences and typed handlers reformatting already entered contents of the file. Don't automatically
accept completion suggestions. Add extension point to exclude Rider's live template lookup items from being accepted.

Julia Beliaeva 9b7692e69c [vcs-log] read VcsCommitMetadata instead of VcsShortCommitDetails 
VcsCommitMetadata adds full commit message to the VcsShortCommitDetails. It can be used in places where we need full message, but not changes, like commit detail panel. HgLogProvider already reads full message, so it is not a big change. For git, commits are read from index (with full message) most of the time. In case of not indexed commits requesting commit body does not make git command significantly slower.

Daniil Ovchinnikov ffe0db4c64 [groovy] fix label formatting (IDEA-194906) 
- split #generateSubBlockForCodeBlocks into two methods: #generateCodeSubBlocks and #generateSubBlocks;
- use former method for code block only, flatten children independently of label setting;
- use latter method for members (don't need to flatten) and children of GrLabelBlock (already flattened);
- given correct blocks from above changes, update GroovyIndentProcessor to use respective settings (i.e. go down to
#visitLabeledStatement instead of this werid logic in #getChildIndent).
