nik 674d218025 IDEA project configuration: remove dependency on cglib from core 
We don't need it in core since InstanceOfCheckerGenerator was removed (db007b23b8001) so it's better to move this dependency to ide.impl module to reduce dependencies of intellij-core artifacts used in Kotlin compiler.
