Kirill Likhodedov 9b4c37d31c [git] IDEA-124254 cherry-picked highlighter: don't remove highlighting if cancelled 
That means that one more task was fired. Removing highlighting if
cancelled will lead to the same effect as in IDEA-124254.

Other cases when the task is cancelled are not interesting, because
they remove highlighting manually.

Anton Makeev 6dcd813508 IDEA-134012 Mac OS: IndexOutOfBoundsException on Welcome Wizard with attached non-apple mouse 
Bug mechanics:

1) IDE launched with an external USB-mouse
2) OS X sends NSPreferredScrollerStyleDidChangeNotification notification, that is handled by IntelliJ and invokeLater is scheduled.
3) Modal WelcomeWizard dialog is shown from 'AWT-Event Thread 1' and executes down to 'java.awt.Dialog.conditionalShow()'
4) invokeLater from step 2 is evaluated in a second 'AWT-Event Thread 2'. During invokeLates removeHierarchyListener is executed, decrementing transient non-volatile field 'java.awt.Container#listeningChildren'.
5) invokeLater finishes.
6) conditionalShow continues  evaluation in 'AWT-Event Thread 1' and calls 'java.awt.Container.createHierarchyEvents' that accesses 'java.awt.Container#listeningChildren'.

At step '6' value of 'listeningChildren' in 'AWT-Event Thread 1' is obsolete and we get IndexOutOfBoundsException.

Fix:
* we don't call installUI/uninstallUI when scrollbar style changes, since it's not necessary. Instead, a few smaller methods are called that are sufficient to update the scrollbar on the screen.

If too many files were changed in the first commit, default rename
detection limit will prevent detecting renames
=> use "--follow" to overcome it (unless git version is 1.7.2 or
older, since follow is buggy and throw errors in some cases).
