Alexander Zolotov 592e3c525f Fix Shift+Enter shortcut in Go to file popup 
ppen file from GotoFile action should be invoked without invokeLater,
otherwise Shift+Enter KeyEvent will be lost and EditorFactory couldn't know
that editor should be created in new window

Valentina Kiryushkina d5ac414118 Show swing tool window if user doesn't have JavaFX in order to provide compatibility with IDE versions run with bundled JDK 
* Make StudyToolWindow abstract with two abstract methods: createTaskInfoPanel and setTaskText.
* Create subclasses of StudyToolWindow that uses Swing and JavaFX panel respectively
* In StudySwingToolWindow set background color and font for task decription code parts
* In StudyProjectComponent determine if user has JavaFX
