Register intellij.platform.feedback as an embedded essential content module instead of folding its descriptor into PlatformLangPlugin via xi:include. This makes the feedback descriptor visible to the plugin model and lets generated module dependencies track its consumers explicitly.

Move the related packaging entry out of PLATFORM_CORE_MODULES and into feedback module-content.yaml so product content snapshots reflect the new module ownership.
