* black: remove UVX execution mode (handled via binary path now); drop unused buildNotificationMessage; trailing newline. * exec-service: replace BinOnEel.asGeneralCommandLine with BinaryToExec.asGeneralCommandLine returning PyResult, so BinOnTarget no longer needs a hand-thrown error at call sites. * lsp-core: use the new entry point; drop dead bundle key. * pytools-ui: narrow toSafeProperty to Boolean to drop the !!
