Daniil Ovchinnikov 29d550bbc8 add base com.intellij.psi.util#descendants for PSI traversal 
- non-recursive thanks to suspending;
- avoid anonymous classes in inline functions;
- easier map/filter/etc instead of bunch of overloads.
