Roman Shevchenko be400b1f7c [ui] update checker result dialogs ordered 
- on manual update from settings, result dialog was shown with a wrong modality, which caused it to appear only after settings was closed
- on error connecting to JB plugin repository, both error and update result dialogs were shown
