Aleksey Pivovarov fdab7e091b diff: make toolbarPanel focusable even without toolbar 
* this is required to keep focus, that was granted before initial applyRequest() was called (and we builded toolbar)
    issue: diff opened from modal dialog was slow (doWhenFocusSettlesDown() delayed initial doApplyRequest() at ~0.5 sec) and the resulting focus owner was wrong
    introduced by c701599
* replace custom helper class with util one
* validate() is called insite Wrapper now

Aleksey Pivovarov 3dc83f7651 Revert "lst: replace myLock with ReadLock" 
this introduces deadlock because LineStatusTracker.release() acquires ReadLock holding LineStatusTrackerManager.LOCK, while the latter can be awaited in AWT

This reverts commit 8e83f655d6.
