nik b78e2fe96f 'Load/Unload Modules' dialog: suggest to load/unload dependencies to avoid compilation errors 
If a loaded module depends on an unloaded module it may lead to compilation problems, so the dialog suggests to unloaded all dependent modules when a module is unloaded and load all dependencies when a module is loaded. (IDEA-27471)

Kirill Likhodedov 3e7061f618 Fix file count in Update Project notification if filter is on 
If the filter is initially on, the tree is built only with the filtered items, therefore the total number of updated files is counted incorrectly.

To count the total number, don't traverse the tree, but go through the updated files directly.

Kirill Likhodedov a0e53a68ea Make the Update Project notification more compact 
Display the total number of files in the notification title,
display the number of files under the scope in the content.
title + 1 content line make the whole notification text visible without expanding.

Storage files layout was changed in 91c7d97f09. Some code was left to clean up storage in old layout, but enough time has passed to remove it.
