Kirill Likhodedov f99744f35d git: remove unneeded volatiles 
Message start marker, message end marker, the files are all received
from the same thread (either stdout or stderr) => although the listener
is listening to different threads, in fact only one thread is important
during the command execution.

Introduce PyRainbowVisitor to highlight targets, named parameters and unqualified references.
References which resolve to classes, functions, `self`, `cls` or class level attributes are not highlighted.
`self` and `cls` named parameters are not highlighted too.
Same name local and global variables have different colors.

Kirill Likhodedov 712a158747 git: collect affected files from correct stdout/err stream 
When the message is detected (e.g.
"untracked working tree files would be overwritten by merge"),
remember the output type, and read the files only from the stream
of that type.

Before that, since stdout and stderr are reported asynchronously,
messages could arrive like that:
    error: The following untracked working tree files would be overwritten by merge: 
    Updating 48295bf..cfba4dc 
    untracked.txt
And we treated "Updating..." as a file.

This caused blinking of the GitBranchWorkerTest.

Also add some debug logging for possible future needs.

Julia Beliaeva 0074083ff3 [ui] fix fade-out in loading decorator with smooth scrolling enabled 
In order to have smooth scrolling, loading layer should not be on top of viewport, but rather added on demand.
But since loading layer has fade-out, it can not be removed immediately when setLoadingLayerVisible is called.
It should be removed only at the end of fade out.
Before that removal, it should paint with zero alpha, in order not to leave artifacts after itself.
