Dmitriy Smirnov 320bd2c4b8 git: IDEA-203005 Limit number of threads for parallel fetch by 10 
Parallel fetch calculates number of threads to use based on the number of repositories in the project. Current default formula (Number of repos || cpu cores*2) returns >10 in projects with a lot of remotes on good enough CPUs.

This causes fetch over SSH to fail, as SSH server has default limit of 10 multiplexed ssh connection - see https://man.openbsd.org/sshd_config#MaxSessions

The limit makes sense for SSH connection only, while HTTP supports more parallel connections. However it feels like fetching in 10 threads is fast enough, and there is no need to complicate logic to support more threads for HTTP-based remotes

nik 0d64c3658b project structure: delete unused 'Analyze' action 
It was never enabled, works very inefficiently in big projects and we now have module dependencies diagram instead.

because
1. stub holders won't load languages without stubs anyway
2. they'll load all stub types which isn't necessary and can be expensive
