Dmitry Batrak 8956b83db1 fix scrolling on editor opening when loading takes a lot of time (and 'Loading' label appears) 
In such a case, scrolling to a saved position for the editor was executed after scrolling to a desired (e.g. center)
position requested after FileEditorManager.openEditor was called, so the latter had no effect.
