peter 93d8c12518 make ProgressManager.runInReadActionWithWriteActionPriority simpler 
just delegate to ProgressIndicatorUtils
allows to use it from read action, and to pass a progress indicator

Ilya.Kazakevich 32cec83923 Tests renamed to get rid of "universal" word. 
Convention is the following:
 * package is called "newTestRunners" because "testing.tests" sounds silly. I will move classes one level above when we remove old runners.
 * Abstract and shared (used by several runners) classes got appropriate names
 * Runners are called PyNose, PyUnit, PyPyTest
