Maxim.Mossienko ecbf2e64c5 [Java] When we complete class name after new then if constructor(s) exist: show documentation for it, for several constructors suggest list of links to particular constructor documentation, same way as we do for (overloaded) calls. 
Also try hard for documentation to work on incomplete new expressions like 'new Class<caret>', 'new Class(<caret>)'. As useful side effect method documentation links are shown for overloads (or method documentation for no overloads) when documentation action is invoked in argument list.

Anna Kozlova b807c4c903 remove test diff api delegations: all implementations use DiffHyperlink to store before/after/path so special interface to provide this information just create one level of delegation 
ensure that current diffHyperlink is preselected when multiple diff is open

* Do not access PySetupToolsNamespaceIndex during indexing (PY-14725):
awareness about setuptools namespace packages is not all that important
for icons in "Project" toolwindow.
* Do not use package icon for directories those names are not valid
Python identifiers and thus unimportable (or their parent directories
have such name) (PY-14527)

The purpose of the special refs hashing strategy is to make sure we
don't receive the same reference pointing to different hashes.

However, type is still important, since we don't store "refs/tags"
prefixes in the name.
