Anton Lobov 1a14bea670 JSON schema performance improvements (it took long on tslint schema) 
1) avoid complicated stream api usages where it can be remade simpler
2) pre-allocate collections where the size is known in advance
3) avoid unnecessary intermediate collections

profiled on tslint schema - now about 2x faster

Aleksey Pivovarov 8fb8436351 IDEA-189154 diff: do not store LineStatusTracker inside DiffViewer 
Do not show "can't show diff" if tracker was destroyed and created again,
while DiffViewer was shown.
ex: if the only change in a file was reverted and re-applied from
diff preview in "Local Changes".

Aleksey Pivovarov d562dab64a vcs: replace calls to FileStatusManager with ChangeListManager.getStatus 
FileStatusManager is used to paint files with different colors.
ChangeListManager is used to determine actual file status
(ex: whether file has non-empty history in vcs).

ex: ChangelistConflictFileStatusProvider can mess up with FileStatusManager
and ADDED files will be reported as ADDED_OUTSIDE, breaking status checks.

nik 40535f5d13 build scripts: don't publish artifacts earlier if there is lack of disk space 
This is a workaround for TW-54541: otherwise build may fail with "No space left on device" error because TeamCity will cache the published artifacts.
