Max Medvedev 6295897a6b Disable corutine debug info in all products 
Corutine's debug stuff is quite heavy and consumes a lot of CPU. It's enabled by `-ea` flag, so we have to explicitly disable it with `-Dkotlinx.coroutines.debug=off`.

Sergey Simonchik 0d0ad581e0 IDEA-CR-48646: simplify project.guessProjectDir usage 
Many clients have to check if project is default before calling ProjectUtil.guessProjectDir. Since project dir for template project is undefined, let's just return null to simplify clients.
