Sergey Simonchik 1a5018dacb terminal: refactor: extract keyboard/mouse handlers along with output scraping and caret painter to RunningCommandInteractivity 
To have a single `runningCommandInteraction` field instead of several fields which should have been updated synchronously.
A bit unrelated: also, forbid more than one `installRunningCommandInteractivity`.

* Previously, `finishCommandBlock` correctness was based on ordered invocation of `invokeLater`.
* The same block is used for output updating and block finishing: no need in "No active block" assertion anymore.

* Fixed another race: EDT bound `TerminalCaretModel.updateAlarm` uses `mouseAndContentListenersDisposable` which was disposed on BGT. This led to the following exception (found in tests):

Sergey Simonchik d62dd07a29 terminal: refactor default background/foreground to use JBColor.lazy instead of direct color updating on colors scheme changes 
Now, it's as simple as `component.background = TerminalUi.defaultBackground()` to use terminal default background color as component background and update it properly on colors scheme changes.

Vladimir Krivosheev 9002cf5f3c Refactor method call in TextMateServiceImpl 
The changes involve the method 'disableBuiltinBundles' inside 'TextMateServiceImpl'. The direct call to the method 'reloadEnabledBundles()' replaces the previous, unnecessary use of 'TextMateService.getInstance().reloadEnabledBundles()'. This refactoring yields cleaner, more readable code.
