Michael Golubev 3a7b13ce6f IDEA-179600 - Project is disposed on reopening after docker connection 
- DeploymentLogManager is project-speciifc since it is linked to console
- - ServerConnection # getLogManager now requires explicit project
+ on project close ServerConnection should dispose per-project pieces:
- - all DeploymentLogManager's for given project
- - and all LocalDeploymentImpl linked via DeploymentTask # getProject

Anna.Kozlova 835de9d8d0 don't dispose smart pointers explicitly (IDEA-184471) 
refactorings preview reuses same usage infos which are used in refactoring itself, thus disposing pointers on view close makes it impossible to perform refactoring as elements can't be restored in common case when no other pointers were created e.g. by inspections, etc
