Aleksey Rostovskiy 5fd0e62a7b IDEA-CR-39539 don't build compatible plugins for a single IC build 
It's impossible to build all IC-compatible plugins, because almost all such plugins exist in ultimate repository
So building them should be done only together with ultimate build
