this fixes assertion
	at com.intellij.util.ObjectUtils.assertNotNull(ObjectUtils.java:84)
	at com.intellij.psi.infos.MethodCandidateInfo.inferTypeArguments(MethodCandidateInfo.java:453)
caused by including expression compatibility constraints for expressions inside lambdas for which parameter types are calculated

Dmitry Batrak cf336dc1b6 disable font preloading temporarily 
it seems to trigger some JDK bug on Windows, causing text IDEA UI to display in bold
(seems to happen on systems with non-English locale)

TypeConstraint(String -> String) could be produced, but it will be reduced to nothing and won't generate any bounds, so
we just skip it.

Kirill Likhodedov 563b3efdbb git: add "Swap Branches" action to the log shown by Compare with Current, instead of the branch filter: IDEA-209664 
The branch filter doesn't make any sense when one branch is compared with the other. On the other hand, users miss the opportunity to compare branches in the reverse order: <branch>..HEAD instead of HEAD..<branch>.

Julia Beliaeva f56ec8cfd0 [vcs-log] reduce dependency from MainFrame to VcsLogUiImpl 
Do not pass VcsLogUiImpl to VcsLogClassicFilterUi, pass a consumer for filters, color manager and a disposable instead. Use AbstractVcsLogUi class in the MainFrame instead of VcsLogUiImpl.

getToolbar was used in the VcsLogClassicFilterUi to be refreshed after filters were set. This is now done in the VcsLogUiImpl.
