nik 5da1db5aed build scripts: use special icon for EAP builds in .exe launcher 
The icon from exe file is used as window icon on Windows so this is also needed to show special icons for EAP builds at runtime (IDEA-192585).

nik 9299549ed5 ui: use svg application icon instead of 32x32 png image 
So EAP builds will use the special icon as window icon (IDEA-192585). 'size32' attribute in ApplicationInfo.xml files is now deprecated.
