Added cucumber-core-2.0.1 and gherkin-4.1.3 libraries. Required at compile time.

Fixed issue: IDEA-179579 IntelliJ Cucumber support fails after update from Cucumber 1.2.5 (info.cukes) to 2.0.1 (io.cucumber)

Sergey Simonchik 5d05ab6d98 platform: normalize descriptor paths to find paths starting with './' 
That will sync behavior of IDE started from sources (where descriptors are loaded from files) and built IDE (where descriptors are loaded from jar files).
Also, that will allow to specify paths uniformly in `xi:include` and `depends`, e.g.
