Maxim.Mossienko 9cee4c9d85 more compact vfs attributes: 
- attributes are encoded in positive small ints (instead of attr name enumeration) via VfsDependentEnum (FSRecords.persistentAttributesList flag, enabled by default)
- small attributes are grouped together and stored in first level attribute record (FSRecords.inlineAttributes, enabled by default)
- attr table stored in 8byte compact format (FSRecords.useSmallAttrTable, enabled by default)
- more compact root / directory records encoding (mostly making the children attribute value storable inline)
- initial experimental code for using different compression for content (FSRecords.useSnappyForCompression, disabled) and processing attributes in batch (FSRecords.bulkAttrReadSupport, disabled)

Kirill Likhodedov 17da85b4d2 IDEA-137492 don't print to Git stdout 
Git process awaits for username or password, but gets some logging
string and fails.
Writing to stderr, on the other hand, doesn't confuse Git process.

A better solution would be to redefine System.out to avoid similar
problems in future, possibly will be implemented later.
