Daniil Ovchinnikov e3b20b9cc5 [groovy] handle @CompileDynamic with attached sources (IDEA-203767) 
After fix for IDEA-201294 hardcoded annotations are processed only if sources are not attached.
We have special handling for @CompileDynamic's processor attribute, so we gotta use it explicitly whether sources
are attached or not.

nik 39136bedee IDEA project configuration: enable @JvmDefault support for method in Kotlin interfaces 
We use 'enable' mode instead of 'compatibility' to avoid generating unnecessary DefaultImpls inner classes.
