but still process each line separately to have the same cancelability

the whole job can also be aborted immediately if it's outdated

Semyon Proshev 302caea766 PY-22801 Fixed: False positive for long(number) in Python 2 
Callee could be resolved to a class and we have to take all overloads while replacing resolved class with its `__init__` or `__new__` method.
As a result PyClass.multiFindInitOrNew is introduced and is used inside PyCallExpressionHelper.clarifyResolveResult.

nik 8af1439730 directory index: isIn*Source* methods must return 'false' for files excluded by pattern 
Previously these methods returned 'false' for files under excluded directories but returned 'true' for files excluded by pattern, it was inconsistent (and caused KT-18221).
