Kirill Likhodedov a07b401e12 [github] IDEA-80765 Create Gist for the whole file if no selection is available. 
* If no text is selected, read the file content.
* Improve GitUtil.readFile: throw IOException instead of RuntimeException, if everything fails.
   For CreateGistAction return null and show error; for findGitDir throw a RuntimeException as usual.

Kirill Likhodedov 161ed98ad8 [github] "Rebase my GitHub fork": add the parent upstream remote url as HTTPS, not Git, to make this work for forks of private repositories. 
Private repositories forks are rare, but such fix takes no effort, since for public repositories read via HTTPS doesn't need user credentials.

Kirill Likhodedov 88b14cefcc [github] Share on GitHub via HTTPS, not SSH. 
HTTPS method is recommended (https://help.github.com/articles/generating-ssh-keys).

* Make GitHttpAdapter accept remoteName instead of GitRemote, since only the name is needed there,
and for simplified call from GithubShareAction.
* Define HTTPS remote, and push to it via GitHttpAdapter. Notify the result.
* Don't refresh the project after push: it is not needed, since push doesn't change the working tree.
* Update the CONFIG information after adding the remote.
