Kirill Likhodedov 4a3e4032c5 [log] layout: align the changes browser toolbar with the log toolbar 
* Remove ActiveSurface: this intermediate layout is not needed.
* Move all components from it to the MainFrame.
* Pull the changes browser splitter up in the component hierarchy -
  make it the main splitter, first component of which is toolbar,
  optional branches panel and the graph table with optional details,
  and the second component of which is the changes browser.

Kirill Likhodedov ed93e59160 [log] Shift mouse-over-node/branch area in multi-root projects 
Use the root column width, since the column might be made resizeable
in future.

The column model is not ready at the beginning => listen to column
model changes and pass the root column to the GraphCellPainter.
