4701be5709 IJPL-449 Sticky lines 
- IDEA-344220 line background does not change when hovering the cursor over it
- IDEA-344221 do not show gutter icons
- IDEA-344222 do not show text selection for the pinned lines
- IDEA-344230 the bottom border of the sticky lines has the wrong color
- IDEA-344231 remove all vertical lines in the sticky context
- IDEA-344234 lines turn black during renaming
- IDEA-344236 lines appear with a delay after restarting IDE
- suppress caret row background
- suppress gutter line number under caret
- suppress breakpoints
- reset caret selection on sticky line click
- remove comment about range of maximum lines

87c4b5d537 [test framework] limit failed test stacktrace length 
Prevents OOME of TeamCity agent.
Default is 10 MiB, configured by `intellij.build.test.stacktrace.max.length` property.
