stopCPUProfiling couldn't work anyway and other methods in case required can be replaced by ProfilingUtil.startCPUProfiling or ProfilingUtil.stopCPUProfiling
When Java plugin is installed into a non-java IDE (IDEA-195719) the both NewProjectCheckoutListener and PlatformProjectCheckoutListener extensions will be available, so we need to allow users to choose whether they want to run a Java-specific "create from sources" wizard or just open a directory.
Currently all IDEs except IntelliJ IDEA include PlatformProjectCheckoutListener (registered in PlatformLangPlugin.xml) which suggest to open the checked out directory as a project. In order to reuse PlatformLangPlugin.xml in IntelliJ IDEA and extract Java support as a separate plugin (IDEA-195719) we need to register PlatformProjectCheckoutListener in IntelliJ IDEA as well and disable it there.
* add `projectPostStartupActivities`.
* add `thread` (thread name) to activity.
* remove information about default project initialization (because default project initialization is not a sequential activity).
Several tests rely on the identity equals for MockVirtualFile, and for now, there is no infrastructure to support equals & hashCode, as it is done for regular VirtualFiles. Therefore it is better to mark explicitly that equals & hashCode shouldn't be defined here.
The previous solution for closing heavyweight hints caused VIM-1589 issue (`esc` action was not fired
while autocompletion popup is open). This is also a root cause for IDEA-203019 and 0951ab6a as a workaround.
Extracting `if (myCancelKeyEnabled)` out of the action handler has the same functionality, but passes `esc` action
to further handlers. This solves VIM-1589 and IDEA-203019 (and 0951ab6a is no more needed).
Additionally, I did the following:
* re-generated lists of supported/unsupported interpreter modules
* updated test data wherever Python versions appear in warnings
Still need to figure out, though, why _bz2/bz2 modules were not found
for some old versions of Python, hence information about their presense
should be updated by hand in versions.xml.
