Aleksey Pivovarov 1f6040f776 IDEA-177584 merge: show analysis indicator (error stripe) 
It was disabled because we used ScrollbarRepaintCallback to draw
chunks over scrollbar. Now we just use transparent scrollbar, so
this hack is no longer needed.

nik 3a79d231f0 project configuration: avoid infinite loops when deleting library root 
Avoid infinite loop even if 'Library.ModifiableModel::removeRoot' always returns true because of a bug (see IDEA-182159). If there are several identical roots in a library it should be ok to remove them one by one.

nik ea70f3223a project configuration: fix removing jar directory root from library 
VirtualFilePointerContainer.findByUrl also returns a jar directory entry so otherwise it isn't possible to remove a jar directory entry from a library (IDEA-182159).

Julia Beliaeva 52b39d6b39 [git] wait for process being cancelled and if wait is unsuccessful kill it 
Git commands use soft kill for cancelling git processes: process is cancelled by sending a signal. Sending a signal does not terminate a process immediately, BaseOutputReader thread reads and processes the output until it is available. This is a problem for GitTextHandler.waitForProcess method, which needs to wait for process to finish, since all the clients expect it to do so. For example, VcsLogPersistentIndex does not want to start another indexing process until the first one is still alive.

So after calling destroyProcess, another waitFor with timeout is added. If timeout is expired, the process is destroyed in the old-fashioned way.
