Vladimir Krivosheev c228f92605 no valid reasons to introduce and solve chicken and egg problem — we can manage ApplicationStoreImpl in the same way as other components 
ApplicationStoreImp could be instantiated after componentsRegistry.loadClasses, but before createComponents(), so, no problem at all.
