- make LogListener closeable, explictly mark them closed when log pipe is done
- when closed console found for deployed container, ask for new logs and replace console

Kirill Likhodedov 92cc059453 git: move "Checkout and Rebase onto Current" to the "Checkout" group 
It is more about checkout, than about rebase, so it is more logical to store the action along other Checkout actions. Proposed in IDEA-155587.

RubySdkLoadPathInitializer shouldn't block forever, especially when it's under inspection with ReadLock. now it executed with #checkCancelled.
