Nikita Biriukov b51000d815 [gradle][tests] IDEA-382148 fix "Cannot find the 'finished' node in tree" error by applying a retry loop. 
`GradleOutputParsersMessagesImportingTest` fails with this error flakily. Actually, this node appears after a bit later in such cases. It's visible even in the message for the failed assertion, when it prints the tree representation:

```

Roman Golyshev 9220b1fbd6 [kotlin] KTIJ-36371 Implement SimplifiableFlowCallChainInspection 
Use `AbstractSimplifiableCallChainInspection` as a base class.

Only four transformations are supported, because a list of extensions
on `Flow`s is much smaller compared to extensions on `Collection` or `Sequence`
from STDLIB

Test coverage is not very extensive, mostly because the main part of the
code from `AbstractSimplifiableCallChainInspection` is already well-covered
by existing tests

For that to work correctly with STDLIB declarations, check `KotlinIdeDefaultImportProvider`
before doing the import

Also, get rid of redundant opt-in annotation
