nik 2bc89de9ad injection tests: provide more convenient variant of InjectedLanguageManager.registerMultiHostInjector 
It allows us to simplify a lot of code in tests and get rid of usages of deprecated method.

Alexey Kudravtsev 21b372a285 separate FactoryMap and ConcurrentFactoryMap: use FactoryMap for thread-unsafe code only.

nik f21f5d8061 ant: get rid of circular dependency between services 
AntWorkspaceConfiguration accesses AntConfigurationImpl in its 'writeExternal' method so if AntConfigurationImpl's constructor depends on AntWorkspaceConfiguration it may lead to circular dependency (EA-95431).

Irina.Chernushina e4bba435ad json schema annotation fixes related to oneOf: [...] 
- if oneOf-schema does not have a detectable type, assume it matches for
more detailed check; also, schema does not match if it has an enum,
but actual type is object/array
- if schemas are different with not-currently-tested properties
(i.e. format), they are still different and we should not report
that several schemas are matching

Bas Leijdekkers a775610324 SSR: fix replace tool window issues 
- ask for all files at once when replacing selected read-only files
- don't cache excluded usages, so they can be changed after a replace
- allow preview on multiple selected files
- select a sensible next usage after replace
- more efficient when replacing many usages by using removeUsagesBulk()
