Vassiliy.Kudryashov cc34e1081c Find In Path: workaround for dialogs-above-popup problem: 
New registry key added, ide.find.as.popup.show.dialogs.above.popup=false
While it's false we temporary hide Find-In-Path popup when show modal
dialogs: directory chooser, scope chooser, 'Replace All' confirmation.
As JDK fix is tested and bundled we can switch this flag to true
