Michal Bendowski 997cb679f7 [PATCH] Pass a source root to addClass 
Light fixtures ignore the root anyway, while heavy assume that
$PROJECT_DIR$ is a source root, which may not be the case if a custom
JavaModuleFixtureBuilder is used, like in AndroidTestCase. This change
fixes the public addClass(String) method in such cases.

Julia Beliaeva 130f602082 [vcs-log] more correct cancelling after heavy process start 
In case a heavy process was started during before a listener was added, add a check for that in the constructor.
Since in this situation tasks counter may be off, so to avoid multiple scheduled cancels just use synchronisation instead.

Julia Beliaeva 8678a5454b [vcs-log] full indexing indexes everything 
If a storage for project is fresh, indexing is not started until full log is read. Full indexing request indexes all commits, independently of the commits set passed to it.
Commits set is only used if full indexing is cancelled: a one-by-one request is scheduled for these commits in this case.
