Do not count same rollbacks, when detecting alignment cycles (IDEA-151630).
...
Suppose we have alignment sequence A11 A21 A22 A12.
If A12 causes realignment of A11 block we restart formatting from the block after A11.
Whitespace before A21 block will be cleared, since there is no blocks before with the same alignment.
If formatting of A22 also was performed by aligning A21 block, we got in trouble since we count the same backward shift alignment of A2* blocks twice.
