Since sometimes users want to make columns smaller to save space, we can not set minimal width for them.
This commit makes it impossible to get back to columns auto resize. Auto resize is going to be done by click on column border.

Julia Beliaeva 2445400fb6 [vcs-log] save date and author columns width IDEA-168370 
Minimum width of the columns is now calculated from data, preferred -- from user settings. This does not allow to set width less then data length.

Since we want fallback to auto-resized columns possible, when columns are resized to the minimum it is assumed that they need to be auto-resized from now on. -1 is saved to the settings in this case.

Julia Beliaeva 0a0c40ce6d [vcs-log] when filters change, recalculate columns size 
When filters change, commits with author with longer names can become visible. This often leads to author column being too small.
So need to recalculate preferred size in this case.

This of course creates a new problem: if user resizes a column, it should not be automatically adjusted. This is going to be fixed in later commits.

Julia Beliaeva 5f0e59fce1 [git] use double record start and end symbols IDEA-156249 
Symbols \u0001 and \u0003 were used as markers in order to parse git log command output. Problem is, these symbols also can occur in commit messages (amazingly enough). This led to exceptions during loading of the log, that prevented users to see it (despite some measures against it). It is unclear how to eliminate the problem completely, but it seems to be possible to reduce its likelihood by doubling these separator symbols.
