Andrey Vlasovskikh 0065eab8d6 PY-31999 Explicitly resolve executable path in customized PATH 
Windows doesn't use PATH from the environment passed to a newly created process, so we have to search for our
executable explicitly.

On macOS GeneralCommandLine has a workaround that tries to resolve an explicit path, but it doesn't look into PATH of
the passed environment.

nik dd1ffe7d2a language injection: move ConcatenationInjectorManager to platform 
There was nothing Java-specific in JavaConcatenationInjectorManager so it's renamed to ConcatenationInjectorManager and moved to lang.impl module. This also removes inter-module package-private dependencies (IDEA-200277).

Vladimir.Orlov d919661c8a windows installation: write information about already installed product in log file in silent mode. It case when user uses another folder for installation. Not replacement.

Previous implementation uses retainAll. It is not perfectly match the case if we want to check if elements which is exist in "collection" list contains in the same order in "expected" list.
